By assisting individuals to overcome psychological distress we can help them to become more fulfilled in every aspect of their lives. The aim of this website is to try to lead people on a journey to a place free from unnecessary stress, anxiety and depression.
We at Mind Health Development, aim to help people through their difficulties by offering 'self help' solutions such as our free articles, books and downloads, or by providing organisational benefits such as individual or group therapy / coaching alongside the development of workplace stress procedures. We work very closely with a number of occupational health departments.
